In line with the government’s initiative to promote the development of arts tech, the Hong Kong Arts Development Council (HKADC) has launched the ARTS•TECH Exhibition series since 2022. The series aims to bring arts tech into the community, offering the public innovative and interactive experiences in both real and virtual spaces. The first two editions were held in different locations, exploring the fusion of old and new cultures as well as the diverse possibilities of integrating arts tech into different artistic disciplines.

This year, ARTS‧TECH Exhibition 3.0 extends its reach and scale, focusing on urban culture and future development. Through arts tech creations, the exhibitions highlight the intersection of Hong Kong’s history and future, reinterpreting concepts of time and space while inviting public participation. It encourages reflection on the preservation and reinvention of urban memory and cultural identity, inspiring imagination and engagement with arts tech and provoking deeper thoughts on the integration of technology and culture.
