Ding Ding! Tram Depot 3D Scanning Workshop

1. The workshop is conducted in Cantonese. One ticket per person. Suitable for students from Primary 4 to Secondary 3. 
2. Limited quota is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Advance reservation required, no walk-in registration.
3. A deposit of HK$100 shall be paid upon registration. The full deposit will be automatically refunded to your Popticket account within one month after your attendance is confirmed or if the event is cancelled.
4. Participants will need to walk inside the Whitty Street Tram Depot. Comfortable clothing is recommended.
5. Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start time and present the e-ticket for registration.
6. Eating and drinking are not allowed in the premises.
7. In accordance with Section 18, 22 and Principle 6 of Schedule 1 to the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have the right to request access to and correction of personal data. The personal data you provide by means of this registration will be kept as records of this project only. Request for personal data access and correction should be addressed to Hong Kong Arts Development Council (the Organiser) by email: [email protected].
8. Participants may be captured in photos or video-recordings during the ride. The materials may be saved and uploaded to the Organiser, Hong Kong Tramways Limited and Tram Plus Limited (the Partners), and the artist(s)’ websites, social media platforms, publications and/or publicity materials. All photos and videos will be used for promotional purposes only.
9. For participants' safety, if any emergency situations happen during the programme (e.g. adverse weathers, accidents or disturbances), the programme may be suspended or cancelled immediately depending on the actual conditions. If there is any emergencies or if you feel unwell, please seek assistance from our on-site staff immediately.
10. Please understand that your participation is done at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you shall assume all risk or injury to yourself, and agree to release and discharge the Organiser, the Partners from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of or in connection with your participation, whether arising out of the Organiser  and the Partners’ negligence or otherwise.
11. HKADC reserves the right to decide and alter the operation of the activities at its own discretion. Should there be any changes or cancellations, please follow our latest updates on website and social media platforms.

1. A confirmation email with the e-ticket will be sent to you upon successful application. Please check the junk mailbox if necessary.
2. Upon confirmation of registration and payment, the deposit is non-refundable if the registrant is absent or withdraws from the event. The deposit will only be fully refunded via Popticket within one month after the event is completed for participants who have attended, or if the event is cancelled.
3. The information provided will be used by the Organiser for contact and programme promotion.

1. If the Typhoon Signal No.8 or above /  Black Rainstorm Warning is hoisted 3 hours before the event, the event will be cancelled without rescheduling. 
2. The programme may be suspended or cancelled immediately depending on the actual weather conditions. Participants will receive a notification email from the Organiser. Please stay tuned for any updates on the Facebook page and Instagram (@arts.tech.exhibition).
3. The Organiser proceed with the event based on weather conditions and ensure safety and reserve the right to cancel the activity in severe weather.

In case of discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions, the English version shall prevail.
